I’m Daniele Vasconcelos, founder of The Butler Maven, a private household and lifestyle consulting service designed for individuals who want their home to reflect not just order, but peace, function, and purpose.

With more than 10 years of experience managing luxury properties and supporting high-level clients, I bring executive oversight and emotional intelligence to every project. Whether you’re relocating, restructuring your home life, or simply need someone to take the lead, I offer solutions that are both practical and deeply personalized.
My Background
My professional journey began in Brazil, where I worked for nearly a decade as a recruiter and corporate training facilitator. I learned how to evaluate people quickly, lead with clarity, and build trust skills that now help me recruit and manage household staff, vendors, and service teams on behalf of my clients.
After relocating to the U.S., I started and scaled a successful residential and commercial cleaning business. That hands-on experience taught me how homes really function, and how to build systems that actually last. I’ve since gone on to serve as an estate manager, personal assistant to ultra-high-net-worth families, project manager, and trusted fixer in complex private households.
In every role, I’ve been the one people call when things feel messy, behind, or just too much.
I’m also a certified holistic therapist, which gives me a deeper understanding of how environments and emotions are interconnected. My clients often find themselves in moments of change post-divorce, newly solo, mid-move, and my ability to listen and lead with empathy makes all the difference.

Each project is personal and private. I work one-on-one with clients to understand their needs, establish systems that work for their lifestyle, and support them through the process start to finish.
